Great company

This is the beginning time in xxx years I have had an insurance company that really seems to care about me and want to take care of us and our vehicles. It is very piece of cake to make payments to them. It is very easy to plough in a merits. Their app is user-friendly and you can do almost everything y'all need to do on it. My husband totaled his car a few months ago. I was astounded at how easy the process was to get it all taken care of. From the accident site we went straight to a rental car agency and they already had a rental car prepare for usa. Within five days they had our totaled motorcar assessed and a solar day or two afterward automatically deposited the coin into our account. No waiting for a newspaper cheque. The procedure was very smooth and I will definitely stay with Geico. I would also like to mention that I take had Geico for the last several years and should have put in a review sooner. In the concluding couple years I accept talked to multiple customer service agents and take never spoken with somebody who was rude or condescending. They have e'er been professional and very courteous.

Not piece of cake to navigate

My policy was virtually to be canceled because the expiration appointment on my debit menu has inverse. When this happened in June I updated the account for all of my bills and online purchases. Including Geico! I had assumed my bill was being paid automatically as it had been in the past and there's admittedly no reason it should not have been. Just I received an electronic mail that I was nigh to exist canceled so I logged onto this app.I went to pay my nib and I noticed popped up that I must modify the expiration date. Piece of cake enough right? No no no no no no no not easy at all! I repeated this psycho about seven or 8 times where it immune me to alter my expiration date so I went in and clicked pay nib and information technology said the expiration date has expired change your expiration date and I played goofy again and again and once again!!! I went to the settings but I couldn't find payment methods. I finally found something that gave me the option of a credit card or checking account merely not the option to modify the expiration date on my debit card. Finally past random and I hateful random not intuitive clicking and clicking through and clicking through I came to a page that allowed me to put in a new expiration date. My pecker has been paid the entire procedure took me about 20 minutes. I gave you another couple minutes of my Saturday to write/dictate this message in hopes that you improve your system for other customers. Cheers

Geico Misrepresented and now I'chiliad out of work.

Geico misrepresented a payment on my business relationship and my business relationship went negative while I was experiencing financial hardship. I made certain on two different occasions that my account wouldn't be charged, and I was told "Not to worry". A few days subsequently, my account was charged and my account was overdrawn. I empathize my bank account is my responsibleness, and I was making it my responsibleness by communicating with Geico to make sure they wouldn't charge my account. Geico at present tells me that it will have several days for the $$$ to be credited to my business relationship. I made sure to follow the steps I needed to take; Geico misrepresented themselves, and did not accept consideration of my situation. This wouldn't be such a big problem if Geico actually followed through with what they said they were going to practice… I now accept to call off an entire weekend of work where I can't get paid. Why you inquire? Because I can't put gas into my car and drive to work this weekend. I work as a DoorDash driver; and then I NEED gas in my car in social club to piece of work. I accept zero credit and I have no friends or family that can souvenir me funds. I am doing the best that I can, and I'm working very hard to get out of my fiscal hardships. Geico has royally screwed me, as I at present cannot work this weekend or put food onto my table because of their misrepresentation. I will not exist renewing my policy with them.
